Growing Local Partnerships

Growing Local Partnerships

The Emporium is continually cultivating new partnerships and looking for creative ways to work with local independent businesses across our property. Shopping is only one of the ways you can support local business this holiday season. In need of a gift crafted right here in Fort Collins? In addition to our eclectic selection of handmade ceramics from local hub Smokestack Pottery, we have another amazing addition to our market area. A new partnership has blossomed with Wolverine Farm, a literary and arts organization and non-profit publisher. Our market shelves are full of prints, books, gift tags, and the cutest “Ho Ho Ho, Fo Co Co” holiday cards to spread the Fort Collins love.

You can also support local through food and drink! The Emporium is lucky to have so many great local suppliers represented in our restaurant this fall. Grab a drip coffee to-go or a cappuccino at the table and you’re supporting Peritus, coffee roasted 6.3 miles from our restaurant. Order the Mushroom Omelette or Flatbread and you are supporting a local gourmet mushroom farm, Hazel Dell, only 10.6 miles from our kitchen. Our newest supplier coming soon to our dining room is Happy Lucky’s Teahouse, located 500 feet from our front doors! A carefully curated selection of six loose leaf teas will be presented for our guests to enjoy, right down the street from the local retail shop. As the partnerships continue to grow, The Emporium invites you to eat local, drink local, and be merry this holiday season!
