The “Unofficial Town Living Room” of Fort Collins

Happy hour has a huge following in Fort Collins, with locals looking for the best specials on drinks and food in the Old Town area. Our featured cocktails are great, but it would be a mistake to ignore the plates! As The Emporium was recently described as a “good place to meet or start the evening” by Eater Denver, this month we are focused on highlighting some menu favorites that are exclusive to happy hour.

Only available between 3-6pm, our Smoked Salmon toast with dill mascarpone, avocado, and fried capers on grilled bread is a favorite paired with the house white wine. This savory spread is stunning and one of the lighter options on the menu.

When guests are looking for something more substantial, we recommend the Sloppy Ox. Plated with two oxtail ragu sliders, the tender meat is complete with melted provolone and pickled onion, complemented by a cold pint of local beer. The greatest happy hour menus have a few small plates and snacks, and we are delighted to offer some of the best bites in town.
